About Our Client
The client is a leading property management company with mixed portfolio's nationwide in residential, commercial, retail and industrial.
With a turnover of roughly £500million and over 500 offices worldwide the company is a leader in the sector meaning opportunities to progress within the business are endless. This is demonstrated by the large proportion of Board Members that started their careers as graduates at the business.
The Regional Facilities Manager will be required to regularly manage a portfolio of circa 25 properties with the majority in the retail, commercial and industrial sectors. Here you will liaise with the relevant building managers and manage the subcontractor packages for the required services.
You will take ownership of the portfolio of projects in Sheffield and the North Midlands to ensure they are kept in full working order to keep the client base happy.
The Successful Applicant
The Regional Facilities Manager will be from an industrial or retail background with experience of managing a number of projects for a managing agent or service provider and have an overall knowledge of both hard and soft services.
