Job Description

As the Regional HR Manager for this leading distribution and logistics company you will be responsible for the following -

  • Giving advice, guidance and coaching to the management teams
  • Coaching & Developing the site HR Advisors
  • Building strong relationships with the trade union
  • All employee / industrial relations issues
  • Supporting on the wider HR strategy
  • Driving the performance management and engagement agenda
  • TUPE's & Restructures

The Successful Applicant

The successful Regional HR Manager will have previous experience working in a multi site environment and will understand the challenges of managing a geographically dispersed workforce. You will be a strong generalist who has strengths in employee / industrial relations.

You will support the HR Business Partner on the development of the HR strategy, driving the engagement agenda and driving the performance management agenda.

You will be a commercial and credible individual who is highly organised, you will have excellent communications skills and will be a strong influencer at all levels.

Trade Unions experience is highly desirable.
