Job Description

  • The Regional HR Manager will look after various sites across Scotland and the North of England.
  • You will provide a specialist HR service to a retail area working with the team effective leadership and people results.
  • You will liaise with senior management across various sites.
  • Proactively drive improvements to business performance.
  • You will anticipate needs, identify and develop key talent and manage succession.
  • Coach leaders to deliver high levels of employee engagement and performance.
  • Provide a full range of HR services to ensure effective people management that is fully aligned with the retail plan
