About Our Client

The Regional Manager role will be working for my client who are a ready-to-wear premium fashion brand. As Store Manager within this brand, you will be responsible for making key commercial decisions, liaising and feeding back to head office around collections and reporting on sales and be an extremely strong retailer with strong evidence of having delivered results for fashion businesses prior. This business offers market leading benefits and has small touches in place to make it feel that bit more special.

Job Description

The Regional Manager role will involve some of the following:

  • To manage change and facilitate positive and effective change within the region;
  • To maximise every business opportunity to exceed sales and profit;
  • To understand the customer and develop new initiatives to drive footfall, loyalty and engagement ;
  • To create positive culture of partnership and ensure high level of retention within the region;
  • To identify, share and spread best practice throughout the business and demonstrate excellent team work across the Regional manager network;
  • To provide strong leadership to the retail operation teams through example, regular communication and a hands on approach;
  • To effectively delegate and empower the teams where required;
  • To effectively manage time and resources during store visits to drive productivity and the people agenda;
  • To effectively and in a timely manner tackle poor performance should it arise;
  • To ensure succession planning and promote internal progression within the region

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Regional Manager role will have/be:

  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Shown loyalty and progression within a brand

  • A proven track record in delivering on challenging KPIs
