Job Description

As Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of TFM services to five key contracts across London and the South East. These contracts sit within a variety of sectors and include the Head office of well-known Retailers, medium-sized regional Shopping Centres and high-end office space in Central London.

The individual will be required to make weekly visits to each site, actively engaging with employees and clients. Whilst maintaining the highest level of service you will be expected to review and asses all areas for contract development. Most of all, the successful candidate must engage with each client as a completely different business finding solutions to match their requirements.

With full budgetary control of an operational budget of c£5m p/a, you will manage these contracts through a team of on-site Facilities Manager all of whom will report directly to you as Regional Facilities Manager. Additionally, liaising with each client independently, to understand each as an individual is essential.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for this role, we are looking for someone;

  • Who has successfully managed a small selection of large sites through on-site teams.
  • Can effectively communicate and adapt to their surroundings. Is able to identify the appropriate solution depending on the environment.
  • To evaluate their environment and develop the business where opportunities appear.
  • Ideally has experience in delivering TFM services through on site managers.
  • With strong management skills and a demonstrable track record in nurturing and developing their staff.
  • Must be personable and approachable to create and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.

What's on Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive market salary of £50,000 to £55,000 full package.
