Our reputable client is well established as a premium food retailer and has built a strong image amongst its customers. Based in a niche market the business has a unique origin and a real emphasis on providing locally sourced ingredients and quality products. Due to plans for considerable expansion and growth the successful candidate will be joining the business at a truly exciting time as our client looks to grow their business. Currently the business is in a great position to continue its growth and through the addition of new Regional Manager the customer base can continue to grow.

Job Description

The successful applicant will already have experience working within the Hospitality Industry. This Regional Manager will primarily be responsible for the management of staff within their territory. Reporting to the Country Manager there will also be the responsibility of maintaining brand standards, providing consistent quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, the day to day activities the successful candidate can expect will include although are not limited to the following:

  • Keeping the staff motivated and ensuring they meet their sales targets
  • Playing a proactive role in the ordering of stock
  • Forecasting future sales in line with changing markets
  • Providing staff are well trained in their field
  • Ensuring standards for quality and customer service
  • Meeting all relevant health and safety guidelines

The Successful Applicant

The candidate will need to fit into the client's company's culture of attention to detail and also have a very commercial acumen. Alongside experience in the Hospitality industry the following traits are also desirable:

  • Team management skills
  • Hardworking nature
  • Ability to overcome challenges
  • Desire to oversee the growth of a business
