Job Description

  • Ensuring individual store business plans are in place and monitored
  • Analysing & Managing through KPI's
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service
  • Effective Communication - leading, inspiring and managing the store teams
  • Implementing all processes.
  • Achieving Regional Sales Intake, Delivered Sales and Profit Targets
  • Achieving Customer Service KPI's
  • Ensuring the team are fully briefed to enable to provide the highest level of customer service and fulfil company expectations
  • Setting / achievement of targets for Individuals
  • Achieving regional targets
  • Oversee & validate Margin Management of each store
  • Trade Development
  • Maintain current business & seek new opportunities
  • Oversee customer installations of each store & ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Analyse & investigate monthly P&L to maintain minimum cost base.
  • Deliver Gross Profit targets
  • Monitor Competition
  • Provide support & forward thinking to develop the business within region
  • Recognise / reward team members for good performance
  • Create local incentives to drive business.

The Successful Applicant

Candidate MUST live in the region. No relocations. COVERING NORTH EAST & YORKSHIRE AREA.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, ideally leading a team of managers. You will be self-motivated and will have the ability to motivate your colleagues at all times. You will be responsible for a multi-million pound business; so exceeding targets will not phase you.

Customer service is imperative, so you will to be commercially savvy, driven and have vision to move the company forward.

In addition, you should be able to influence people and the business- Build a good relationship and network with a wide range of people- Drive own development.

  • Retail management experience within a customer service environment and experience of multi-site management, preferably from 'big ticket' retailers
  • Good level of education including the ability to analyse and interpret numerical data
  • Fully mobile with full driving license
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Strong management and organisational skills
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Field Management Experience
