Job Description

As the Regional Sales Executive - Hertfordshire you will be required to:

  • Sell the complete range of new and used equipment to all business types
  • Develop a territory and marketing plan to enable uniform territory coverage
  • Sell service maintenance contracts and other value add opportunities based on the solutions required by the customer
  • Actively develop business including knowledge of customer future requirements and competitor information
  • Achieve a specified call rate to ensure participation in territory potential and market share
  • Actively seek opportunities to build with key personnel in organisations
  • Keep abreast of developments within the Materials Handling environment market

The Successful Applicant

The Regional Sales Executive - Hertfordshire must be able to work on their own initiative and have experience in managing a regional territory.

Your skills and experience should include:

  • Direct sales experience, ideally capital goods equipment or logistics
  • Understanding of marketing principles, account planning and sales structure
  • Industry and product knowledge is highly desirable
  • Commercially astute
  • Able to communicate convincingly both orally and in writing to all levels
  • Numerically competent
  • Experience of selling equipment and service contracts

What's on Offer

The package on offer includes a basic salary of £25-28.5K, bonus (OTE £40K), car allowance and further company benefits.
