Job Description

The successful Regional Sales Manager will be integral to growing the revenue margins. This will be achieved by:

  • To manage existing business and coordinate the resolution of any issues whether sales, operational or service.
  • Required to achieve a pre defined sales targets on a monthly basis
  • Source and implement new business within the sales area - additional monthly growth targets are included in targets.
  • To liaise with and coordinate all other department - operations, Service, Installations to address any issues that arise.
  • To provide a professional and efficient point of contact for customers at all levels
  • To be aware of and advise management of potential development and opportunities and within the marketplace
  • Have a complete understanding of company products and services
  • Any other reasonable tasks as required by your line manager or management team.

The Successful Applicant

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be:

  • Professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Skilled negotiator
  • Able to manage in a pressurised environment which may sometimes involve flexible hours including the ability to work longer hours to achieve deadlines/targets
  • Have experience of selling coffee or vending options
  • Be based in the West Midlands
