Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will directly manage the execution of sales activities within the North of England, to deliver business targets. The Regional Sales Manager will attract, retain, coach and develop their team; driving engagement by creating a climate where people are motivated to achieve. A key element of the role is to effectively execute the sales strategy at pace and to develop it further using local and national business insight.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Regional Sales Manager will have a proven track record of managing a field sales team and be able to demonstrate success in previous roles.

Experience in a distribution market would be beneficial but applicants will be considered from all industrial or business services sectors.

You will have:

  • Proven successful track record in a field management position.
  • First-hand experience at building, developing, motivating and inspiring teams
  • Ability to manage execution working with and through people
  • Act as a role model in relation to new sales techniques and strategies e.g. insight led selling
  • Continually seek to improve working practices and processes to deliver working efficiencies within their team
  • Extensive experience in high level customer interaction including bidding for business, presenting to the company and handling customer issues
  • Be based in the North of England

What's on Offer
