Our client is at the cutting edge of the telematics industry, supporting corporations and small businesses save cost, keep drivers safe and improve operational efficiency.

Job Description

  • Develop an extensive knowledge of the Telematics market, emerging technologies, and communicate the findings to senior management and relevant departments.

  • Secure a number of "NEW" telematics contracts whose total aggregated value is at least £1m per financial year

  • Develop strong interdepartmental relationships.

  • Development of an extensive pipeline of opportunities within, but not limited to the following industry sectors; UK Fleets, Insurance, leasing, utilites, haulage, agriculture and blue light (Emergency Services).

The Successful Applicant

Experience for Regional Sales Manager - North East

  • A minimum of 5 years direct selling experience - Preferable
  • Technical selling background - preferable
  • Extensive experience selling to senior management and SME business owners
  • Excellent presentation & questioning / listening skill
  • Documented success in securing New business contracts
  • Documented ability to exceed targets consistently
  • Class leading account management
  • Excellent pipeline management & forecasting
  • Strong understand of project management
  • Ability to sell complex solution
  • Willingness to travel
