My client is a major provider of business and support services. A multi-billion pound business they have over 35000 staff across 2000 sites throughout the UK. They have ambitious growth planned which could affect this role.

Job Description

Regional Senior HRBP on a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave. £60k depending on experience.

You will oversee a team of HRBPs across several sites throughout London and the South. Each site has a client base circa 200-300 comprising of support staff and senior stakeholders. The Regional Senior HRBP will liaise with senior managers and stakeholders across the business and with other counterparts on a variety of issues including -

  • Complex ER matters in a highly Unionised environment
  • Promoting Diversity and Inclusion alongside other departments
  • Talent development and mobility
  • Encouraging communication between senior managers and stakeholders
  • Working with other departs to deliver HR calendar events throughout the year

You will be a commercially acute HRBP with a proven track record of line management over a multi-site team. A background in FM or healthcare or desirable but not imperative. You must be able to hit the ground running and self-motivate as this is a highly autonomous role.

Experience of working in a highly unionised environment is essential.

The role is based in London but several sites are located throughout the South. Travel to site will be required occasionally but most of the role will be based from home or in the London office. A car allowance is included in the package.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Commercially acute mentality.
  • Background in Facilities Management / Healthcare or similar.
  • Proven track record as a line manager.
  • Experience of working in highly unionised environments.
  • Ability to hit the ground running.
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Flexible working as role will include travel.
  • Experience of organisation change including Union consultation
  • Use of SAP HR and other HR Systems
