Job Description

The Regulatory Business Analyst/Project Management will be responsible for delivering a number of regulatory initiatives includingMiFID2. You will need to lead regulatory projects as well as hands on Business Analysis. Responsibilities include.

  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Create and deliver project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
  • Conduct Risk and Issue Management.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communications Planning.
  • Manage solution development.
  • Develop delivery lifecycle documentation as per the internal methodology requirements, ensuring they are current and appropriately stored.
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis
  • Provide quality assurance of project deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Assess business impact and prepare the business for change.
  • Interview document stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Document requirements.
  • Prepare testing strategy and test plans.
  • Undertake and document system testing.
  • Assist business with UAT planning and UAT testing.
