My client is a well known Global Banking organisation with a fast paced and exciting working environment.

Job Description

I am currently working with a well known Global Financial Services organisation who are recruiting an experienced Regulatory Reward Manager to join the team.

This role will provide support the Exec Compensation team and the Head of Reward with regards to Regulatory Reward requirements captured under the CRD IV Regulations.

You will work with the Senior Reward team to provide analysis and advice regarding the management of regulatory reporting and to keep the bank informed and up to date on any current or perceived regulatory changes and its impact on HR/Reward.

You will be responsible for producing remuneration data as requested by the PRA and will also act as the subject matter expert on CRD regulation and how it will effect the Code staff population.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be currently working in a Tier 1 Financial Services organisation within a Reward function with significant exposure to CRD4 regulation.

My client will also consider candidates from a Big Four or Reward Consultancy background who could bring the advisory experience whilst learning the process and delivery aspects of the role in house.

This may also suit somebody operating at a senior analyst level role also looking to step up into a junior manager/specialist role.
