Job Description

My client is currently looking to recruit a Senior Reporting Accountant to prepare consolidated annual and quarterly accounts. This will include responsibility for ensuring that all business submissions are received accurately and on a timely basis, analysis of the companies performance in the period, supporting the company's Investor Relations department and undertaking group consolidations in order to report to the board.

The incumbent of the role will be responsible for the preparation of papers and financial analysis for the Board and Audit Committee. You will also be responsible for the analysis of technical accounting issues faced by the Group including an assessment of the impact of new accounting standards and developing plans to implement any necessary changes to the Group's accounting and reporting processes.

The Successful Applicant

Qualified Accountant

Financial or Management Accounting Experience

Ideally knowledge on IFRS

Have previously management or prepared to manage a team.

My client is prepared to hire someone straight from practice if they have held an audit position and willing to learn
