Job Description

Working closely with the financial and operational leadership team to assess and manage financial risk.

Support finance and operations and their teams through understanding the implications of financial transactions.

Providing guidance on US GAAP and controllership expertise.

Maintain rigorous balance sheet controls and lead the quarterly balance sheet monitoring.

Research and advise on complex technical accounting issues, providing support to the Product Controllers & to the regional Controllership teams.

Perform risk based financial analysis of balance sheet accounts to ensure compliance, integrity of account balances/financial reporting and effectiveness of business processes impacting the financial statements, including closing, reporting and analysis.

Provide partnership and guidance to the global Controllership teams & other finance functions (FP&A, Supply Chain, Tax, Treasury) on close and reporting matters

The Successful Applicant

You will ideally be an ACA from a top 10 firm looking to make your first move into industry. Alternatively you may also have moved once and be ready to take your next challenge. The role demands a highly agile thinker, strong communicator and someone who will be comfortable liaising at all levels within the business. You will be confident in giving your opinions and dealing with a host of tasks from projects around acquisitions to US GAAP.
