Job Description

The role of Recruitment and Resourcing Business Partner reports to the Head of Resourcing, leading a team working with a key business unit.

In this role you and your team will help drive external brand and hiring. Your key stakeholders will be your managers, clients and employees and customer service to your client group is key.

You will manage recruiters in your team to ensure their hires are delivered on time and with a key focus on direct hires. You will work with Operations teams to understand and translate current and future hiring needs, designing and implementing a Resourcing plan to reflect this. You will also take responsibility for senior hires.

There will also involve monthly MI reporting and a key focus and involvement in stakeholder management.

The Successful Applicant

To apply for the role of Resourcing / Recruitment Business Partner you should have previous recruiter management / team leading experience. You should also have experience of working in a fast paced, matrix organisation and be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management experience as well as experience of delivery direct sourcing for operational roles.
