Job Description

The role of Recruitment / Resourcing Onboarding HR Operations Manager within the Logistics industry is pivotal to the Seasonal fluctuations of the growing business. The forecasting/planning and execution of the labour plan will be a critical element of this role. Working proactively with the management population and ops teams you will also manage a pool of agency labour suppliers, negotiating and working in partnership with them around the workforce planning. You will also look at the temp to perm strategy and associated onboarding process including ensuring all compliance is met. The role has potential to develop to a wider HR Management role including the relevant training in future.

The Successful Applicant

To apply for this role you should have experience in a Manufacturing / Logistics environment working within Workforce planning and Recruitment / Resourcing of temporary hires.. you should have experience of managing temporary agencies and negotiating rates and LSA's with them, as well as developing successful working partnerships. Candidates in Regional / senior account management roles for agencies may also be considered for this role. You will need to demonstrate the potential to bring together different business units and accounts to plan accordingly, working closely with operations teams.
