Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive brand volume and market share through distribution within your territory
  • Develop and implement plans to drive volume and share growth of all brands in portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with retailers in your area
  • Deliver brand communication initiatives to generate brand awareness and gain long term customers
  • Ensure optimum stock levels within all accounts
  • Report market data accurately

The Successful Applicant

As the Retail Development Executive you will:

  • Ideally have some experience in field sales and a consumer facing role
  • A degree coupled with a proven track record in a similar role within FMCG
  • Have strong communication, negotiation, presentation and influencing skills
  • Have commercial acumen and strong administration skills
  • Candidates must live in their territory or respective surroundings
  • Full Driving Licence
