The Retention Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the Retention Marketing Manager in developing the company loyalty strategy and plans. The Retention Marketing Executive will interpret market Insight & data in order to make recommendations on new propositions to drive customer engagement, customer spend and purchase volumes. They will deliver multi-channel Loyalty marketing campaigns targeted to customers, and will be responsible for creating content for campaigns as well as overseeing creative through managing external agency relationships. They will work closely with cross functional teams in order to manage projects and execute them effectively with in agreed time frames, in line with company objectives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Retention Marketing Executive will have:
Demonstrable ability to implement strategic multi-channel loyalty & retention marketing plans
Experience within an online retail business
Ability to use insight & data to create effective campaigns
Excellent communication & relationship skills
