About Our Client

My client are a property investment organization that specialize in the hospitality and leisure industry.

Job Description

  • Directly accountable for delivering information and recommendations for all revenues
  • Proactively review and add value to business websites to ensure all marketing activities are up to date, relevant and fit well within the overall revenue strategy.
  • Analyze daily detail files on a weekly basis to ensure correct pricing being followed in the local markets for each site, whilst comparing and reviewing competitor pricing strategy.
  • Review and analyze level marketing execution and results of each activity.
  • Ensure each site is adhering to the Events calendar and Revenue plan.
  • Review Public Relations activities.
  • Review and analyze pricing and inventory management.
  • Provide clear and concise information to the team with all matters regarding revenue generation in the hotels.
  • Review all sales collateral is appropriate for each location, advertised in the most effective manner to ensure maximum Revenue generation and analyze results to feed back.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to perform the essential functions of the role.

·Excellent oral and written communication skills

·Ability to communicate effectively with Management verbally and in writing

·Excellent organization skills

·Ability to work well under deadline pressure.

·Sales experience in either field or on-site environment.

·Adaptable to extensive travel and schedule changes.

·Excellent interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional ethics, decorum and social skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office tools

·Significant experience of in revenue management or analytical roles.

·Significant experience cross-functional experience in hotel management, or related industry, essential.

·Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English.

·Ability to perform critical analysis.

·Ability to work to deadlines and adapt under pressure

·Experience of a direct Sales related role in a branded hotel environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

·Adaptable experience with travel industry reservation systems.

·Adaptable experience with hotel property management systems.

·Strong experience in hospitality forecasting, pricing and inventory control.

·Salary £40 - £50k p.a dependent on experience and qualifications
