About Our Client
FTSE Listed multi- national retail business.
I am currently working with a FTSE Listed retail business who are recruiting a Reward Advisor to join their team.
The Reward Advisor will report directly into the Head of Reward and will be responsible for the support and delivery of the group Reward agenda.
The Reward Advisor will work collaboratively with the team to support on a number of initiatives including
- Global Grading
- Job evaluation
- Salary Bench marking
- Share Plans/Incentives
- Executive Compensation
The Reward Advisor will also interact with the business and provide a high touch client service, you will also work closely with the Senior HR team to present data and provide advice around Reward policy and best practice.
This is a great role for a high potential candidate looking to take a step up into a more business facing role.You will also gain exposure to a broad range of activities which will provide a great learning curve for an inquisitive and enthusiastic individual.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Reward professional with the ability to not only produce technically strong analytical work but to be able to understand on a deeper level why the data is important and how it supports the action of the senior leadership teams.
My client is looking for a highly credible and engaging individual who can face off to stakeholders and attend meetings as a positive representation of the Reward function and create stronger relationships across various geographic locations.
