Job Description

As a Reward Analyst you will report to the Senior Reward Lead whilst providing operational activities that support the delivery of the wider reward strategy.

Key responsibilities as Reward Analyst will include:

- Conduct data analysis and modelling

- Develop reward tools that facilitate annual pay and bonus reviews

- Lead the improvement of a reward dashboard

- Collate and present board level MI

- Support pay and reward projects

- Assist with monthly bench-marking

- Participate in reward surveys

- Manage external vendor relationships

The Successful Applicant

The role will require an experienced Reward Analyst with exposure to a highly commercial and fast paced environment who is ideally CIPD/Reward qualified. You should be an analytical professional with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and relationship building skills.
