Job Description

Compensation & Benefits

  • Ensure a high quality service is provided to deliver, improve and manage all UK and non UK regional benefit policies in line with global frameworks and regulatory/legal requirements.
  • Work in partnership with HR team to interpret regional legislative change impacts upon benefits and implement necessary changes.
  • Identify and manage local vendors and leverage global vendors to deliver local benefit initiatives.
  • Liaise with other support functions including Company Secretarial, Tax and Finance in the regions on benefit design.
  • Prepare and assist with the monthly outsourced payrolls (UK and overseas) and deal with any payroll related queries from employees, with the support of the team
  • Liaise with external suppliers such as pension provider and childcare voucher provider


  • Help to develop local policies in consultation with the Head of Reward, including tailoring global strategy to meet global needs.
  • Support the annual remuneration salary and bonus review the end-to-end process including working with stakeholder relationships to advise upon reward decisions.
  • Identify and manage local vendors and leverage global vendors to deliver local remuneration initiatives.
  • In conjunction with Head of Reward, Senior Reward Manager, Management Committee and Internal Senior Managers to review annual market data.
  • Work closely with external providers on the administration of deferral plans including subscriptions and vestings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting requirements including policy exceptions as required.


  • Work closely with the finance team to deliver accurate monthly reporting on recruitment, temp and consultants and payroll journals.
  • Prepare accurate forecasting to the FP&A team on compensation reporting.
  • Assist with the year-end external finance audit on compensation and internal audit

The Successful Applicant

  • Technical and functional knowledge of in current remuneration structures and practices.
  • Knowledge of benefit and reward plans
  • Strong organisation skills and good attention to detail
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports
  • Demonstrate sound judgement in regard to sensitive employment matters
  • Problem solving skills - creative, pragmatic, commercial response within
  • appropriate internal risk managed framework
  • Ability to build effective relationships with Partners and employees across all levels
  • Consultative, client focused and flexible approach
  • Motivation with a high level of energy and commitment
  • Numerate with the ability to analyse and interpret data and trends, with
  • advanced Excel skills
