Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Reward Analyst role for one of the leading construction businesses in London.

My client has decided to hire in a junior high potential HR professional with a highly analytical mindset who is looking to further develop their specialist HR career.

The Reward Analyst will report directly into the Head of Reward and will report to the Reward Business Partner for day to day operational tasks.

You will be given the opportunity to work in a non hierarchical and flat structure that will allow you to gain broad exposure to the Reward cycle including full pay review analysis, project support and international Reward.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior HR Analyst or Compensation and Benefit Analyst to take a step up into a broader and more interactive role.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a high potential junior HR Analyst/Advisor with a highly analytical mindset.

You will be able to interact well with people and be confident to build new relationships with colleagues and key internal clients.

To be successful in your application you will need:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • The ability interpret data and present in a user friendly way
  • Understanding of Total Reward and its impact on the business
  • HR background
