About Our Client
A leading UK law firm with a growing Reward function, the client has offices across the UK. This role based in Manchester will report directly to the Head of Reward.
Being the administrator and super user of our HR system - responsible for ensuring appropriate controls
Initially being heavily involved implementing a new HR system.
Being responsible for people reporting - automating reports and providing insights in conjunction with the HR Business Partner population
Analysis of reward benchmarking
Producing reward communications to the business
HR Risk reporting - BCP reporting and risk register maintenance.
Supporting for the annual pay review
Production of reward reporting
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will require a strong background across reward, systems and MI, working at an analyst level
The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new HR system (Access), and therefore will require adequate systems experience
What's on Offer
Salary between £35,000 - £40,000 + Bens
