Assistant Manager - Reward Consulting

Job Description

The successful applicant will want to be involved in business facing activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing articles and alerts on technical and other matters.

The opportunity - Chance to join a growing team servicing clients across a broad range of sectors, jurisdictions and subject matters - Broad range of reward advisory work streams including executive reward and management pay

Executive reward - Benchmarking of executive remuneration - Reviews of remuneration structures for compliance with various regulatory guidelines - Design of new remuneration structures to align with business strategy - Advising on shareholder engagement

Broader reward advisory - Design and implementation of new management incentive schemes for listed and private companies - Review of all employee reward and recognition schemes - Design of sales incentive schemes - Review of total reward offering to align with culture and improve employee engagement

Examples of day to day role - Collating and analysing data to prepare benchmarking report - Attending meetings with clients - Drafting papers setting out recommendations for incentive plans - Preparing remuneration regulatory advice and assessing impact on existing remuneration structures - Drafting newsletters and alerts on topical reward matters to share with clients

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be from a Reward background either in house or currently working in Reward consulting.
