About Our Client

My client is a law firm with offices in London and across the southern regions.

Job Description

  • Working with the Head of HR on salary and bonus reviews
  • Administering and updating the HR and benefits system.
  • Regular liaison with the firm's benefit broker including conducting activities to ensure that all data within the benefits system is current and correct.
  • Managing long-term sickness absence.
  • Checking and processing all benefits related invoices working closely with members of the finance team
  • Managing the annual benefits renewal process including conducting benefits presentations.
  • Writing and updating reward and benefits policies
  • Conducting an annual review of the firm's benefits and reward schemes to ensure that the firm remains competitive for recruitment and retention purposes.
  • Conducting an annual review of the firm's benefits provider.
  • Making recommendations to the business and implementing any changes

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have experience with salary review and benefits management.



My client will consider individuals from different industries but has a natural preference for professional services.
