Job Description

As Reward Business Partner you will report to the Head of Reward and support the review of overall remuneration and strategy whilst partnering at a senior level.

Key responsibilities as Reward Business Partner will include:

- Develop reward strategy including policies and practices

- Assist with strategic reward projects

- Implement reward changes

- Conduct job evaluation

- Lead salary and bonus reviews

- Identify areas for improvement

The Successful Applicant

The role will require an experienced compensation & benefits professional with exposure to a highly commercial and fast paced environment to hold the post of Reward Business Partner. Prior experience of influencing at a senior stakeholder level is essential as is a strong technical background including project work. You should be a credible, influential and driven individual with excellent analytical and communications skills.
