My client is a well known building and facilities business with a huge national remit.

Job Description

Reward Business Partner :

  • To contribute to the review and development of reward policies and processes in the UK to ensure that the company is market competitive and an employer of choice, whilst lean and efficient.
  • To provide reward advice and support to the UK business including policy interpretation, compensation analysis, job grading exercises, bench marking and ensuring best practice.

  • Further the development of the employee proposition for the UK business from a reward perspective

  • Provide project leadership and expert advice across the broad spectrum of UK reward activities

  • Support reward strategy and policy development

  • Implement the grading and job evaluation process interfacing with line managers and HRBPs on the outcome

  • Prepare documentation and analysis for presentation to senior stakeholders, as required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be from a FM, Construction, property or Energy background with sufficient experience working as a Reward specialist in a mid to large sized organisation.

This role would be a great fit for somebody looking to take a step up and move into a more business facing role.
