About Our Client

Our client are a professional services organisation in Leeds.

Job Description

Based from Leeds, the Reward Lead will ensure the successful delivery of cyclical reward processes and reward focused projects, whilst working to promote wider organisation enagagement, assist with employee retention and talent strategy.

As Reward Lead:

  • You will act as the reward link with the business, delivering value-add reward interventions.
  • Leading the salary review, bonus process and wider reward incentives whilst giving consideration to legislative requirements.
  • You will be the subject matter expert on a wide variety of reward-based change projects
  • Facilitate benchmarking processes
  • Integrate continuous reward improvements and pro-actively build reward capability.
  • Contribute to the wider growth ambitons of he organisation.

You will need to be well-versed in business partnering and senior stakeholder management, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

The Successful Applicant

Extensive reward experience in a professional services environment.
