About Our Client

This leading higher education academic institute is set in the historic city of Bath with scenic surroundings where this interim Reward Manager will be based for a 12 month period.

Job Description

As the Interim Reward Manager you will report to and work closely with the HR Director in driving the compensation & benefits strategy whilst providing operational support across the organisation.

Key responsibilities as Reward Manager will include:

- Develop and implement a reward strategy

- Build relationships and negotiate with trade unions

- Conduct job evaluation

- Carry out pay reviews

- Champion the connection between reward and retention throughout the institute

The Successful Applicant

You will ideally be a qualified and/or educated Reward professional with a varied compensation & benefits background including strategy development. Exposure to the public sector specifically within education would be ideal but is not essential. You should be a credible and driven professional who is passionate about reward.
