About Our Client

We are currently working with a Global Retail business based in London. This will be a new and exciting role for the business offering the opportunity to design and implement a reward frameworks and developing the HR System.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Develop data-driven recommendations for strategy, design and cost structure
  • Work closely with benefit brokers to design a creative, market-competitive benefits offering.
  • Ensure market competitor analysis is carried out to enable us to attract and retain talent.
  • Manage and own the HRIS system.
  • Identify and lead projects associated with job evaluation;
  • Develop recommendations for annual budget adjustments to maintain internal and external equity in pay award planning.

The Successful Applicant

The desirable candidate will have:

  • Evidence of developing and delivering reward strategies that have a positive impact on employee engagement
  • Experienced in designing salary structures, performance related bonus schemes and commission schemes.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills coupled with strategic/big picture orientation.
  • Able to move through ambiguity and create structure where needed
  • Demonstrate a positive, constructive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Experience of managing and maintain a HRIS.
