About Our Client
Professional services business based from York.
- You will act as the reward link with the business, delivering value-add reward interventions based from the organisations head office in York.
- Leading the salary review and bonus process
- You will be the subject matter expert on a wide variety of reward-based change projects
- Facilitate bench-marking processes
- Integrate continuous reward improvements and pro-actively build reward capability.
- Analyse HR, finance and business systems data
- Work closely with the HR Director on the strategic reward function
- Assist in job evaluation processes (Hay and HERA)
- You will need to be well-versed in business partnering and senior stakeholder management, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
The Successful Applicant
Experience and expertise of working in a senior reward function as a Reward Manager.
