About Our Client

My Client is a leading Consultancy firm and the Reward team sits within their Market Leading People Services / Human Capital Business (Reward , Expatriate Tax, Private Client Services, Employment Tax and International Pensions). They provide reward services to pre IPO, Post IPO clients , those going through a merger / demerger as well as on a continual basis to the FTSE, 100, 250 and FS industry.

Job Description

The Reward practice at my client is a dedicated national team that advise on the design, tax, market practice, corporate governance, regulatory and accounting aspects of management and broader employee incentive structures.

The Reward team sits within the People Services / Human Capital business (which in addition to their reward business comprises international executive services (dealing with our client's expatriate population), employment tax and private client) has grown strongly in recent years and my client needs to invest in its employee base in order to ensure that this double get growth remains achievable / sustainable. .

The Successful Applicant

It is expected that the successful applicant will be an experienced reward practitioner with a clear level of experience and understanding in both how to sell and deliver strategic reward and executive reward consulting advice (as opposed to tax or legal advice) to clients.

This is a key new role / senior role within the reward team and applicants will need to show a desire to build a business and the entrepreneurial flair to enjoy the journey as the business grows. The applicant should have a clear understanding of the methodology required to deliver reward advice and be able to think on their feet to develop solutions to meet a client's need rather than roll out a one size fits all approach. We would be keen to explore the successful applicant's experience in running reward consulting projects but accept that they may have worked alongside a partner or partner equivalent in doing so.

The successful applicant will be respected by their peers and have a reputation as being a fast track developer, energetic and comfortable with the financial metrics that make our business profitable.

Reward is a financial discipline and so high levels of numeracy are a pre-requisite. The successful applicant will be working in a Big Four consultancy or other consultancy with a clear reputation for delivering high quality advice in this space. Alternatively the successful candidate may well be working 'in-house' and seeking a return to the Practice environment.

Likely to be ATT/ CTA Qualified or qualified by experience.
