About Our Client

My client is a highly regarded and well known Education provider based in London

Job Description

The Reward Specialist will report into the Head of HR and will be the Reward Specialist for the entire school.

The Reward Specialist will be manage the salary benchmarking, promotion data and also act as the point of contact for committee meetings.

You will provide data analysis and pay modelling as well as writing and preparing papers for the remuneration committee.

You will work closely with Finance,HR and Systems to formulate and present statistical reports and present trends and commentary from your conclusions.

The Reward Specialist will be involved in a variety of different career development schemes and will interact with a number of intellectual contacts throughout the school.

This role would be great for a Reward or HR Data person who enjoys working with numbers but also likes interacting with people in a consultative manor.

The Successful Applicant

You will be an experienced Reward professional with strong excel skills and the ability to analyse data and present trends to senior team members.

You will also be confident in report writing and have an exceptional eye for details.

As this role involves a lot of interaction with senior stakeholders and committees it is important for this individual to have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with an intellectual audience.
