Job Description

The Risk Assurance practice in the North is looking for a strong Senior Associate (pre-Manager grade) to help develop and deliver high quality Internal Audit / advisory engagements to a range of clients in the commercial sector, including Financial Services. This role provides an outstanding opportunity for an individual with experience to join a growing team and gain exposure to a dynamic mix of client engagements.

The Successful Applicant

The following skills are required for this role;

  • A passion for Risk & Control and Internal Audit.
  • Experience of Internal Audit planning, risk and control identification and performing, reviewing and directing Internal Audit testing.
  • Strong analytical and engagement management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in different teams for varying periods of time building good working relationships with colleagues.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and develop effective and mutually respectful relationships with clients.
  • The ability to assess risk in a wide range of operations and activities and suggest pragmatic risk mitigation activities.
  • You will have already gained, or will be working towards a relevant professional qualification.

What's on Offer

£28,000 to £40,000 + Bonus and other excellent benefits.
