Their customer care office are based in a contact centre in South East London. They are a leading online luxury fashion retailer with a global customer base. They are a unique organisation offering multi-brand in-season and off-season products.

The responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Care Consultant will be to deal with all customer enquiries that some in visa email, phone, live chat and social media. It will involve a lot of multi-tasking. You will often have to do phone enquiries and email at the same time.
As well as dealing with the customer enquiries, you will then be expected to spot additional sales opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Sales and Customer Care Consultant will be:
- Well spoken and eloquent on the phone
- Have good attention to detail and excellent written english/grammar
- Non-customer facing/phone based background
- Luxury experience
- Possibly worked in a contact centre before
- Fashion understanding
