Job Description

  • People Management: Build a strong sustainable organisation with high levels of employee engagement by attracting and developing strong talent and rewarding superior performances
  • Provides coaching, feedback and developmental opportunities in ways that engage employee engagement, commitment and satisfaction
  • Maintains atmosphere of respect, mutual support, flexibility, continuous learning
  • Delivers Sales Results: Provides foresight and insight by promoting, identifying and helping to set appointments for opportunities with existing Enterprise accounts
  • Help close new sales opportunities with existing Enterprise accounts based on customer's needs
  • Reporting and Execution: Gathers and analyses field data that identifies existing customer needs
  • Utilises leadership and management skills to close gaps between actual and desired results

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of progressive sales management experience, preferably in the software or technology areas
  • 3 - 5+ years of proven sales growth in the field selling Software as a Service products
  • Demonstrated success with overcoming seemingly insurmountable obstacles to deliver results on time
  • B.A./B.S. degree required; business, general management, computer science, or related field preferred
  • Significant work experience in a relevant area can serve in lieu of degree
