About Our Client
Our client is a leading global manufacturer of filtration solutions with a tradition of high-quality design and manufacturing coupled with industry-leading technology. With a global network of offices and manufacturing facilities they have established strong relationships with leading companies in a variety of industries. Due to expansion an has arisen for a proven sales leader to focus on the development of their food & beverage sector.
- Development of a remote multi cultural sales force consisting of direct to industry technical sales people for each country within the EMEA region.
- Identification and execution of business development opportunities within key a key focus on the food and beverage
- Preparation of sales plans and budget (with Senior Management).
- Competition monitoring and activity reporting within territories.
- Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to sales program.
- Customer visits with representatives, distributors, Regional Sales Managers and field sales staff for the purpose of support, evaluation and training.
The Successful Applicant
- An entrepreneurial Sales Leader with a proven track record of managing a multi skilled remote direct and in-direct sales team within the process industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related technical field. Additional qualification in business or other appropriate discipline an advantage.
- Fluent in English and German as a language is essential for this role.
