About Our Client

This client are the largest enterprise retail and services conglomerate, which specialises in a range of technology, hardware, consumer electronics and specialist industry devices.

Job Description

- To grow market share, sales turnover and solutions to enterprise clients
- To lead a growing and flourishing team to ensure sales growth and targets are met in accordance with business needs
- Achieving quarterly, half and annual targets
- Working alongside product management, external customers, external partners, stakeholders and marketing - Identify key B2B strategies and B2B Marketing - good usage of CRM
- Attract and retain key business, talent and sales
- Commercial compliance - in line with sales

The Successful Applicant

The candidate would possess the following:
- Excellent track record of retail sales
- Proven track record of enterprise and B2B revenue from sales
- Able to win key businesses and maintaining complex accounts
- The ability to coach, develop and mentor sales teams effectively
- Professional and consultative
- Excellent communication skills - both spoken and written
- Experience in working with a global brand/partner (related to enterprise or retail sales)
- Able to communicate with senior level staff - up to the level of CIO
