Job Description

The role will be office based West of London with regular national travel.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for all customers across the UK.

Reporting in to the Managing Director, they will be expected to deliver on company objectives and deliver over and above pre-agreed sales pipeline and targets.

Commission is uncapped meaning the sales manager will be in control of their own earning potential.

This makes this opportunity extremely attractive to those who want to gain or maintain control over their career.

The Sales Manager will keep on top of their market, understanding the forces, players and changes occurring in the present and set to happen in the future.

Using their market knowledge, they will target businesses in growth phases to use their time as efficiently as possible, maximising pipeline and conversation rates.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate will have experience of account management and new business development.

They will come from a building and construction sales background and have an understanding of technical drawings and planning regulations.

A personable and consultative person is essential due to the long term sales cycles.

The candidate must be I.T literate - experience using Microsoft Dynamic CRM will be an added bonus.
