About Our Client
Global billion $+ supplier of labelling, Auto-ID, barcoding, and RFID solutions connecting the physical with the virtual.
This role will be responsible for: Total sales target for the business, including margin responsibility
Responsible for: 6 x territory based direct selling salespeople; 3 x reseller salespeople, 3 x hand-held labelling salespeople, 1 x Key account Manager, 3 x Vertical Sales Specialists (Food/Healthcare)
This is pre-dominantly a man-management role therefore we are looking for someone with good experience of managing a large sales team.
You need to have been involved in selling a physical product in a B2B environment.
The role is selling labelling systems and consumables directly to end users and smaller channel partners.
This will be 90% direct sales and 10% via channel partners, looking to increase the sales through the channel and on-board new partners.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a Sales Manager who has experience in the Auto-ID, RFID, Barcoding, labelling and printing industries.
You need to have been involved in selling a physical product in a B2B environment and have experience managing a large sales team.
What's on Offer
Package: £50,000 - £55,000 salary + 25% bonus package + car + pension
