About Our Client

Our client is a leader in the supply and acquisition of pluming components and products with the business consisting of a wholesale distribution of over 2,500 quality branded plumbing and heating products through owner fleet to plumbers and builder's merchants nationwide.

Job Description

This is a key and highly impactful appointment, which will require an enthusiastic individual with exceptional interpersonal and account management skills in order to make an immediate impact on the business and contribute to the growth of the company in the long-term.

Candidates for the role are likely to be intellectually/commercially sharp graduate calibre, whom have significant UK Sales team and Account management experience preferably gained within the FMCG sector. Team leadership will be your passion, as will be the indisputable achievement of sales targets and objectives over several years within your account base.

Strong customer focus and excellent customer service skills are a prerequisite. Previous experience within the B2B market would be useful but demonstrable success in achieving dynamic and successful team leadership across a diverse and remote team, in the plumbing and heating industry is equally acceptable.
