About Our Client

Our client is a social media analytics company and official partner of Facebook, helping brands and agencies better understand their audiences.

Job Description

The role will be very much a player manager position. Your remit will be to consistently overachieve against a very realistic £42K per month as well and monitoring and supporting a settled sales team selling our platform and research offering to brands across EMEA. You will have a direct appointment setting resource for your own pipeline and will need to balance your time between attending and closing those deals and supporting the team on bigger deals and trickier sales processes. You will have autonomy over how the team is organised and how KPI's are set and monitored. As the team grows the role will include recruiting and retaining great people and growing the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2.1 or above undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of proven track record in technology sales
  • 1.5+ years of proven track record in sales management
  • High energy and enthusiasm

  • Competitive basic salary
  • Commission of 3% of new business
  • 1% of all revenue generated by account management from accounts you have won
  • 3% of GP on all new consultancy business generated
  • Commission accelerators of 5%, 10% and 15%
  • £500 Per month if team target is reached, £700 if 150% is reached & £900 if 200% is reached
  • Monthly lunch club is personal target is hit
  • End of year trip if 150% of personal target is hit
