About Our Client

- As a Sales Manager, Managing the team on a day to day basis including outbound activity on new and existing business development
- Selling a wide range of solutions, and IT Services.
- As a Sales Manager - Managing a team of 20 Business Development Managers/ Account Managers.
- Personnel Management; coaching, training and development of team members at varied levels.
- Business planning including Strategic Development and Market Planning
- In combination with sector experts, identifying the requirements of business sectors, creating new packages of products to meet those needs and demonstrate a resulting revenue stream
- Revenue reporting and forecasting.
The Successful Applicant
- Successful track record in new business development and team management (2-3 years+) (ideally in Professional Business Services, Data Solutions or Business Information)
- Track Record as a Sales Manager, managing 8+ people.
- Confident in positioning data solutions and mapping them to business goals
- Results and solution driven with strong commercial acumen, able to lead multi-disciplined teams
- Professional and consultative approach to selling
- Inspiring and demonstrates gravitas in a team environment, high energy and high calibre leader
- Passionate about high quality customer service and standards.
- Live in or close to Leeds.
