About Our Client
Our client have grown phenomenally in the past five years and are now seeking to support that growth with the acquisition of a Sales Manager. They are well established, stable and forecasting similar levels of growth throughout 2017 and beyond.
Based from Central Manchester they have the option to expand the team in to next year and are seeking a strong people manager to lead from the front.
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for forecasting and delivering high levels of growth. You will lead a small team (currently 6) as they seek to expand.
Your role will involve personally mentoring and developing each member of the team whilst building on the established high performing culture that the organisation have in place.
The Successful Applicant
You should have a background of leading high performing teams, working to KPIs and developing people with some commercial experience. You should be a self starter with the ability to motivate people in occasionally stressful environments. Our client require a level head, keen eye for detail and the ability to develop and deliver growth strategies
What's on Offer
Up to £55k DOE, plus a very attainable 100% OTE.
