About Our Client
My client are a world leading managed service, cloud software retention business who help increase their customer success by on-boarding and adoption, up-sell and cross-sell, retention and renewal. They are looking for a Sales Manager based from their office in Liverpool city centre to manage a team and improve revenue/operations for their clients.
As a Sales Manager your will be responsible for the execution of the High Performance (HPS) discipline, actively manage & develop reps, and hit the number with accurate forecasting.
You must also have experience in managing and developing more junior managers which may report directly into you depending on the specific project. You should not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get immersed in the operational side of the business - flexibility is essential! You must demonstrate a high proficiency in; connecting disciplines together & leveraging KPIs to influence results, proven leadership based on experience & results, and effective strategy execution.
