The company is based in a small and quirky office in the Slough area, just 15 minutes walk from the local train station and with strong transport links across the M4 corridor.

Job Description

This is a pivotal role and the Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for delivering challenging sales targets with a number of valuable customers, across channels, and delivering key elements of the marketing plan. In this role you will liaise closely with the company directors, the customers and marketing partners.

Key duties include:

  • Delivering sales targets for key customers
  • Analysing sales data, identifying key insights and growth opportunities
  • Building excellent relationships with key customers and managing their day to day needs across channels including
  • Major Multiples, Foodservice, Convenience & Health
  • Identifying new customers in line with our sales strategy and successfully selling in Perkier's existing and NPD product range
  • Developing & implementing a monthly digital marketing plan in line with Perkier's marketing objectives
  • Representing Perkier at consumer and trade events, and sampling at customer sites

The Successful Applicant

You will have a proven track record in either a sales executive role or as a marketing assistant/ executive. We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:

  • 'Can do' attitude, someone with drive who thrives in an environment where they can make a real difference
  • Strong communication and business skills, & drive to seek out opportunities to improve business performance
  • A strong customer service ethic, with the drive to always deliver on their commitments
  • Outgoing personality, and great at building relationships
  • Numerate with first class problem solving ability
  • Ideally knowledge of Photoshop and advanced social media skills
  • Due to the nature of our business, an interest in sport, exercise and/or healthy eating would be advantageous.
  • A valid UK driving license; this role involves visiting key customers
