My client is a family run business that specialises in FMCG and Pharma products. This organisation has had a fantastic record over the last 10 years, including major growth, new acquisition of competitor organisations and vast development of their sales and marketing structure.

Job Description

This is an integral role for the future development of the organisation.

The role of the Sales Operations Specialist will be to join the 2 sales structures, pulling in best practices, helping with sales operations, working closely with customers to understand their needs and spending lots of time with the sales team.

The aim of this role is to help develop a better platform for this organisation moving them forward into a more corporate structure.

This role will involve lots of different aspects including analytical work, pricing strategy and customer relations. You will lead meetings with the sales and marketing team whilst working with the other four Sales Operations European Specialists.

The Successful Applicant

Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding and working abilty on the foloowing criteria:

The role will require you to travel around the UK, however the majority of the working week you will be based in the South Coast HQ.
